Caraniche at Work is committed to continuing to provide services to our clients and customers throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
The safety and wellbeing of both our staff and clients are our highest priority and we continue to monitor the situation closely. We ask that our clients follow the guidance of the Australian Government and the World Health Organisation in terms of managing transmission risk.
The following changes to our service delivery will be made during periods of lockdown to ensure that we are still available to be responsive to the needs of our clients, while making sure all government requirements are followed.
EAP Counselling/Supervision: In accordance with Department of Health and Human Services advice, during periods of lockdown, we will provide EAP counselling and supervision services predominantly via Telehealth. Our intake team will contact clients with scheduled appointments to advise of changes to their sessions. All new referrals will be advised at intake.
Onsite/Critical Incident Support: We recognise that face-to-face support may be highly preferable in response to some organisational and individual onsite support and critical incident service requests. As such, we will consider these requests on a case by case basis and may be able to deliver face-to-face if appropriate to do so, and social distancing and risk mitigation requirements can be adhered to.
Training: During periods of lockdown trainings will be moved to online delivery. Our training team will liaise with impacted organisations and participants.
We know this is an especially stressful time for many in our community and we are committed to continuing to support our clients. Please contact us if you have any other concerns or questions.
